Important Dates to Remember
  • January 31st of each year: Annual Dues Payment is Due to CEHOA
  • Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend: Community Pool Opens the Season. Download the Pool Liability form CLICK HERE and give signed copy to
    Martha Wibbenmeyer at 842-7108 to receive passcode.
  • 1st Saturday of every June: Community Garage Sale (8AM-3PM)
  • Tuesday after Labor Day: Community Pool Closes for the Season
  • Between November 15th-December 31st of each year: Bills for the Annual Dues are mailed to homeowners

Community Information

  • Board Meetings are every third Thursday of the month at 7:00PM except July (Call 579-9743 for location)
  • Community Newsletters are published twice a year, often April/May and October/November
  • Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled in mid-November and homeowners are notified in Community Newsletter
