HOA met in 2006 and discussed the possibility of developing advertising co-op with local businesses. The initiative was to raise funds needed to install an online community system which would allow residents to access their pool code and other personal notices.

In the interim, any funds raised from advertising would be allocated to the hosting and other expenses related to maintaining the website.

Currently, we have two proposals regarding static banner ads located on the home page only:

• The small ad would be located on the right panel, measuring 170 x 70 pixels, which would either be a provided JPG or GIF or design by Innovative Design for a nominal fee. Based on current traffic, we value the ad at $10 a month, payable as 6 months or one year in advance.
  
• The second ad would be located at the bottom of the center panel, measuring 420 x 70 pixels, which would either be a provided JPG or GIF or design by Innovative Design for a nominal fee. Based on current traffic, we value the ad at $20 a month, payable as 6 months or one year in advance.
  

Advertising check would be payable to the Covington Estates HOA and delivered to Steven Ray (sray@inndesign.com) at his home office. Fees related to any ad design would be paid separately, payable to Innovative Design. If the advertiser wanted to combine the fees, than the total payment could be made out to Innovative Design, and advertising fees would be forwarded.

We are not accepting any solicitation of hyperlinked automated scripting related to pay-per-click Google schemes and similar systems. The advertising consideration is only open to local businesses wanting to extend their services to the Covington Estates community.
